***Monster Drummer Wanted***

YOU: Monster drummer who understands DYNAMICS, how to play both ballads and scorching jams. You love to rock the house, groove out, and raise the energy in the room. You know how to LISTEN. You have notable performance and recording experience, all of the necessary gear and then some, transportation, and a deep desire to spend your life creating great music. You are ready and excited to record an album and start touring. Ideally, you are fun, intelligent, mature, responsible, and passionate about music. You are looking for a band that wants commercial success yet stays true to the creative process. IMPORTANT!!! Please be ready to commit to an original project. (meaning: you can practice twice a week, and we don't have to book you months in advance for a gig) Having a drummer in 3-7 different bands is like not having a drummer at all. We need a band member, not a hired gun.

US: Guitar, bass, percussion, sax & flute, and 3 vocals. We are experienced; we have been making music together for about 6 years. We are preparing to record an album and promote the heck out of it by gigging like crazy. We have gigs and a rehearsal space. The music is basically rock with some improvisation. We like to make people dance, but we also focus on the songwriting (think Carlos Santana meets Dave Matthews). We also carry a philosophy that encourages creativity and expression, and we seek to inspire others to dare to free the greatness that they have inside. We play mostly original material, but, of course, we honor our influences (and our audiences) with covers as well. Music is our life path.
